Responsibilities
- Harvest and cultivate seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains) using modern farming techniques
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and implement pest/disease control measures under supervision
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution according to quality standards
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental sustainability practices
- Collaborate with farm crew to maintain field cleanliness and equipment functionality

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year verifiable experience in crop production or farm labor
