Responsibilities
- Harvesting: Perform manual harvesting of crops using proper techniques to ensure product quality and minimize waste.
- Farm Maintenance: Assist in planting, weeding, and maintaining farm infrastructure and equipment.
- Irrigation: Monitor and operate irrigation systems to ensure optimal crop hydration.
- Packaging: Transport and assist in the packaging of harvested goods for distribution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and farm protocols at all times.

Qualifications
- Legal Status: Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2A visa sponsorship provided).
