Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to established procedures.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect plants and crops for disease or pest issues and report findings to supervisors.
- Load, unload, and sort harvested products to ensure proper handling and storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA and farm safety regulations.
- Assist in general farm maintenance, including irrigation system checks and fencing.
- Work in varying weather conditions, including heat and rain, as required by the season.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (or possess a valid work visa).
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for long hours on your feet.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and weekends.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Basic English language skills for communication and safety instructions.
- Experience in agriculture, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
