Responsibilities
- Perform general farm labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport agricultural products using hand tools and pallet jacks.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in irrigation system maintenance and crop inspection.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and in all types of weather.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, lifting, bending).
- Basic English comprehension skills for following safety instructions.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (H2A Visa holders or sponsorship eligible).
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
