What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Perform planting, cultivating, and harvesting of various crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain field cleanliness, remove weeds, and manage irrigation systems.
- Load and unload harvested produce onto trucks for transport to storage or market.
- Follow all safety guidelines and labor regulations set by the Department of Labor.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Eligible for or currently holding a valid H2A Visa (No H2A visa sponsorship for US citizens).
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor environments for extended periods.
- Basic ability to read and understand instructions in English.
- Previous experience in farming, landscaping, or general labor is preferred.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
