Responsibilities
- Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
- Perform essential field maintenance, including weeding, irrigation setup, and pest control.
- Operate and maintain standard agricultural tools and machinery safely.
- Ensure all work areas comply with OSHA safety standards and farm protocols.
- Work collaboratively with farm crew to meet production targets efficiently.
- Load and unload crops for processing and transport.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We provide full training for H2A visa holders.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor in outdoor environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Valid identification and willingness to undergo a background check.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA or willing to apply for an H2A visa.
