Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, weeding, and harvesting crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables).
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, sort, and grade harvested produce for packaging and transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and safety officers.
- Assist in general farm maintenance, irrigation setup, and fence repair.
- Work in various weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and require H2A visa sponsorship.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work for extended periods.
- Basic English language skills (reading comprehension and verbal communication).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or manual labor is preferred.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
