Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm equipment including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and sorting crops
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation or pest management issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate field records and production logs
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet harvest deadlines
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred for equipment operation)
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to relocate to Fresno, CA area
