Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop harvesting (vegetables, fruits)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Plant, irrigate, and maintain crops per supervisor instructions
- Inspect produce for quality and sort by grade
- Adhere to all safety protocols and pesticide handling guidelines
- Assist with packing and loading harvested goods
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to farm location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
