Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) for crop cultivation and harvesting
- Perform manual labor including planting, weeding, pruning, and irrigation management
- Inspect crops for quality and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Maintain farm equipment and ensure proper safety protocols
- Harvest produce according to quality standards and schedules
- Assist in post-harvest handling and packing operations
- Adhere to all OSHA and agricultural safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic English communication skills
- Availability to work 40+ hours/week, including weekends and early mornings
