Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate basic farm machinery under supervision
- Maintain field cleanliness and irrigation systems
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and pesticide handling guidelines
- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Valid passport for H2A visa application
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
