Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, tobacco)
- Operate farm equipment with on-the-job training
- Perform field maintenance (weeding, irrigation, pest control)
- Assist in crop sorting, packing, and loading
- Maintain farm cleanliness and equipment safety
- Follow USDA and OSHA compliance standards
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
