Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) with training
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols
- Inspect crops for quality and maturity
- Package and sort produce according to specifications
- Maintain farm cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Follow all H2A program regulations and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina for manual labor and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2A visa sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
