Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, berries)
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems) with provided training
- Maintain farm cleanliness and organize harvested produce
- Adhere to food safety standards and sustainable farming practices
- Assist with packing and sorting produce for distribution
- Follow supervisor instructions and maintain team coordination
- Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide paid training!
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2A Visa sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
