Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, herbs)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Perform field maintenance tasks (weeding, pruning, irrigation)
- Sort, clean, and pack produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to sustainable farming practices and safety protocols
- Assist with greenhouse operations when needed
- Participate in team-based daily farm activities
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
