Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with precision
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, etc.)
- Monitor crop health and apply integrated pest management
- Perform irrigation system maintenance and water management
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years commercial farm experience
- Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
