Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (grapes, almonds, tomatoes) following quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform field maintenance including planting, pruning, and pest control
- Adhere to safety protocols and USDA/California agricultural regulations
- Assist in crop transportation and storage logistics
- Maintain accurate fieldwork documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to apply through our sponsorship program
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/farm experience
- Ability to work 40-60 hours weekly in outdoor conditions (heat, dust)
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions
- Valid driver’s license preferred for equipment operation
- Physical stamina for bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and prolonged standing
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
