Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest management techniques
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Maintain farm sanitation and safety protocols
- Adhere to all H2A program requirements and regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to sponsor
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on farm experience
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
