Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers) using proper techniques and equipment
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems

- Maintain accurate daily production and inventory records
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily harvest quotas
- Participate in mandatory safety training and equipment operation
Qualifications
