Responsibilities
- Operate agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters) for crop cultivation
- Perform manual labor including planting, pruning, and harvesting
- Monitor crop health and apply integrated pest management techniques
- Maintain field equipment and irrigation systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Document daily production activities and yield metrics
- Collaborate with team supervisors for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial agriculture or farming
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
