Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop cultivation, planting, irrigation, and harvesting
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment sanitation standards
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers according to safety protocols
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packing of produce
- Adhere to all USDA safety and quality regulations
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation and soil management
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa sponsorship eligibility or willingness to apply
- Minimum 1 year documented farm/agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills for safety protocols
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
