Responsibilities
- Perform crop planting, harvesting, and maintenance tasks
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (training provided)
- Sort, pack, and grade agricultural products
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Assist with irrigation and field maintenance
- Attend mandatory safety and job training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training
- Eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (foreign nationals only)
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
