Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Maintain field hygiene and implement pest control measures
- Perform manual labor tasks including pruning, weeding, and sorting produce
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times
- Assist with equipment maintenance and basic repairs
- Participate in team-based harvest and planting operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in agricultural or similar manual labor role
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to undergo sponsorship process
- Basic English communication skills
