Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) for crop cultivation
- Perform manual labor including planting, pruning, and harvesting
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Collaborate with team members for efficient field operations
- Assist with post-harvest handling and packing
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year experience in agricultural labor
