Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, berries) following quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain field cleanliness and crop health through pruning, weeding, and pest control
- Adhere to food safety protocols and OSHA safety guidelines
- Assist in crop monitoring and reporting growth metrics to supervisors
- Participate in pre-harvest preparation and post-harvest cleanup
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/harvest experience
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, uneven terrain)
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour shifts with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Flexible schedule including weekends and early mornings
