Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, grains, nursery plants)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Maintain farm facilities, equipment, and growing environments
- Monitor crop health and implement pest management protocols
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
- Document daily work activities and inventory levels
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (foreign nationals only)
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/farm labor experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work 45-55 hours weekly (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
