Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (grapes, almonds, tomatoes)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Maintain field hygiene and equipment safety standards
- Adhere to H2A program compliance protocols
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams of 10-15 workers
- Document daily harvest quantities and quality metrics
Qualifications
