Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop planting, cultivation, and harvesting operations
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Inspect crops for quality and maintain field hygiene standards
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols
- Assist in packing, sorting, and loading agricultural products
- Maintain accurate records of work activities and yields
- Adhere to all OSHA and H2A program regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to sponsor through H2A program
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Basic English comprehension for safety instructions and training
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Previous agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to worksite
