Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, nuts)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters)
- Plant seeds and maintain crop beds
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers per EPA standards
- Monitor irrigation systems and adjust water flow
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid passport and H2A visa eligibility
- Basic English communication skills
- Availability to work 6-8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to pass background check
