Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Perform field maintenance (irrigation, pest control, soil prep)
- Sort, pack, and grade produce according to quality standards
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments
Qualifications
- Must have H2A visa eligibility or be eligible for H2A sponsorship
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Previous farm experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to farm location
- Pass background check and drug screening
