Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, strawberries)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and apply pest management protocols
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Maintain farm equipment and work areas
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards
- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Physically able to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends
- Legally eligible for H2A visa sponsorship
