Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, melons)
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards (GAP certified)
- Monitor crop health and apply integrated pest management techniques
- Participate in greenhouse operations and seedling propagation
- Maintain accurate field records and production logs
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet harvest deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial agriculture experience
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to undergo sponsorship process
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work extended hours during peak harvest seasons
- Clean driving record for equipment operation
