Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Perform livestock feeding, health checks, and basic veterinary care
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging
- Maintain accurate farm records and inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional agricultural experience
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to sponsor
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems preferred
