Responsibilities
- Harvest crops (tomatoes, peppers, etc.) following quality standards
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment upkeep
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers according to regulations
- Assist in irrigation system maintenance
- Sort and pack produce for shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (foreign national)
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
