Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops including tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers using EPA-approved methods
- Maintain field cleanliness and irrigation systems
- Sort, pack, and grade produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to all USDA and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of crop farming experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid passport from an eligible H2A country
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Clean background check and no criminal history
- Completion of required pesticide safety training (provided)
