Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables) following quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, combines, and irrigation systems
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers under strict safety protocols
- Maintain field cleanliness and crop health monitoring
- Assist with planting, transplanting, and post-harvest processing
- Adhere to all OSHA and agricultural safety regulations
- Participate in crop rotation planning and soil management
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (foreign citizenship required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Availability for 6-8 month seasonal commitment
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
