Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting and sorting operations
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters)
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues
- Assist in field preparation and planting activities
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities cleanliness
- Adhere to all OSHA and agricultural safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, humidity)
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour days
- Valid driver's license preferred
