Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest diverse crops using sustainable farming techniques
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures following safety protocols

- Assist in packing and preparing crops for distribution

Qualifications
