Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Previous agricultural or farm work experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
