Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest tobacco, corn, and soybean crops
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols
- Maintain irrigation systems and field equipment
- Sort, clean, and package harvested produce
- Adhere to OSHA and agricultural safety standards
- Assist with greenhouse operations when needed
Qualifications
- Eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (must have passport)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
