Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain field hygiene and crop health through proper cultivation techniques
- Follow safety protocols and H2A program compliance guidelines
- Assist with greenhouse operations and post-handling activities
- Participate in team-based daily farm operations
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (foreign nationals only)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic understanding of English communication for safety instructions
- Valid identification documents for employment verification
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
