Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops according to agricultural standards
- Operate and maintain farm equipment including tractors and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures as directed
- Harvest produce using proper techniques to ensure quality and yield
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist with packing and sorting harvested goods
- Maintain clean and organized farm facilities and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on agricultural/farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior criminal record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
