Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Perform manual labor tasks including weeding, pruning, and irrigation management
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Maintain farm equipment and assist with facility upkeep
- Adhere to all USDA and OSHA safety regulations
- Document daily work activities and yield reports
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 2 years of commercial farming experience
- Ability to work 6-8 hours daily in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
