Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (berries, vegetables)
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness
- Maintain field sanitation and safety protocols
- Assist with packing and loading operations
- Follow pesticide application safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Eligible for H2A visa sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months crop harvesting experience
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Flexible schedule including weekend/holiday work
- Basic English communication skills
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
