Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack organic vegetables/fruits according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain field cleanliness and crop health monitoring
- Assist with irrigation system management and maintenance
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and GAP guidelines
- Participate in pre-planting and post-harvest field activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/harvest experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite (housing provided if needed)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
