Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (tomatoes, strawberries, peppers) following quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, irrigation systems, and harvesting equipment
- Perform field maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and pest control
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with crop monitoring and reporting to farm supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Participate in team-based daily operations with rotational duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable farm/agricultural experience
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2A visa program
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work 40+ hours weekly with occasional overtime
- No criminal record (background check required)
- Willingness to relocate to Tampa, FL area
- Valid driver's license preferred
