Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting and sorting according to quality standards
- Operate farm equipment including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following strict safety protocols
- Maintain field cleanliness and crop inventory records
- Assist in planting, pruning, and field maintenance tasks
- Participate in pre-harvest inspections and quality control
- Adhere to all USDA and OSHA safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in agricultural labor or farming
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2A visa sponsorship
- Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions (heat, dust)
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends
