Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) for crop cultivation
- Perform manual labor including planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/pest issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with packing and loading harvested produce
Qualifications
- Previous agricultural/farm experience required
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2A visa sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work 40+ hours weekly including weekends
- Willingness to relocate to Seattle area temporarily
- Valid driver's license preferred
