Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops (tobacco, soybeans, corn)
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and irrigation
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards
- Maintain equipment and farm facilities
- Assist with crop sorting and packaging
- Follow all USDA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (tractor operation)
- Ability to work 6-8 hour days in varying weather
- Willingness to relocate temporarily to Louisville, KY
- Pass background and health screenings
