Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (berries, vegetables, tree fruits)
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Perform crop maintenance (pruning, thinning, pest control)
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Package and prepare produce for distribution
- Maintain farm cleanliness and safety standards
- Adhere to sustainable farming practices
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 2 years prior farm experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work 45-55 hours/week (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to relocate to Seattle area
